Shipping & Returns Terms & Conditions
Shipping Policy
It is our goal to get you everything in your order, in as swift of a manner as possible. We will always do our best to stay informed on the items that are discontinued, limited supply, or out of stock. However, there could arise a situation where the item became unavailable- temporarily or permanently and we were unaware at the time of order.
If an item has been temporarily pulled or is in the process of restock, we guarantee your item will be shipped within 2 business days of restock. In the event an item is discontinued or will not be restocked in a reasonable amount of time, we promise to work closely to refund or replace the item with another of the customer's choosing at the same price. If the replacement item is of lesser value, a return will be made to the original form of payment. If the replacement item equates to more than the original, the customer owe the difference prior to shipment of the replacement.
Insurance and Cost
We will always do our best to ensure a safe and timely shipment. Our shipping rates will adjust according to the total weight of the shipment and the shipping rates at the time of purchase.
All shipments will be insured for their value of the merchandise directly with the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during shipment, we will advise you to contact the shipper directly for the claim.

Returns Policy

We are able to accept returns only directly purchased through Midwest Stone & Outdoor Company via phone, website or through our storefront. Proof of purchase from our store will be required and a refund must be obtained directly.
Under our goodwill guarantee returns policy for consumers, we will extend the returns period for Products to 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products, provided the Products are in their original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging and that the Products have not been specifically tailored to your specifications, or personalized, or the Products by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.
